Wasn't a bear but a caterpillar! Rob found this fuzzy creature in the backyard while doing some yard work and Breckin wasn't quite sure what he thought of it!

Taking Advantage of the Last Nice Weekends

Two more weekend adventures!
We spent a day on the Columbia River at Cascade Locks enjoying the warm weather.



Another weekend we headed up to Suavie Island looking for some nice beaches but found a Pumpkin patch instead! We didn't do the whole patch thing, I want to go to the one by our house, but we did have a great lunch and saw animals and enjoyed the nice day at a beautiful place.

Our New Home

Here, finally, are some pictures of our new house in Sherwood. We feel like it is bigger than we really need but it is a very comfortable rental in a great neighborhood, what more could we ask for! (somehow I don't have a picture of the front or Breckin's room, will update!)

To the Beach

After visiting the boys we headed over to the beach to spend time with my mom's side of the family. It was great to see all of my cousins and relax a bit.

Breckin was so sweet and picked some flowers for me!



He was not satisfied to just watch the baseball game going on, so he had his turn to bat with the big kids!

Our Sweet New Nephews

Rob's sister Karen and her husband Ben were so blessed to discover they were pregnant with twins! They were due October 30th, however due to complications they arrived on August 30th. Little Andrew and Eli were three pounds each but doing very well given how early they were. We were so excited to go visit them for the first time and Breckin was thrilled to see big sister McKenna (lovingly known as Nina), whom he misses so much.





Since Karen and I didn't get to be pregnant at the same time, we thought this was kind of funny! Karen looking great and recovering from a c-section and me about 8-9 weeks!
